What is included in a Treitel Ventures rental?
Your rental includes a stay @ The Retreat at ChampionsGate in Orlando, FL. Each villa @ The Retreat is constructed specifically with guests in mind and features a spacious open-layout floor plan, a private screened-in swimming pool, Wi-Fi, HDTV screens throughout, and access to the amazing onsite resort amenities. These include The Oasis Clubhouse featuring a resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river, slides and a splash pad, a fully-equipped fitness center, beach volleyball, private cabana rentals, a business center, and two 18-hole championship golf courses; a golfer’s paradise.
Your villa comes professionally cleaned; kitchen Kashering be available. Additionally, you will have exclusive access to our Shul with Shiurim and Kiddush.

Is there a grocery I can use that will ship directly to Orlando?
Yes. There are a few NY and FL groceries, as well as shipping companies, that have shipped groceries and personal items in refrigerated trucks over the last several years. Please inquire.
Can I purchase food and food-service items in Orlando?
Yes. The local Costco(s), BJ’s, Winn Dixie, Walmart, Target, and Publix have a large variety of essential items. Winn Dixie has a wide selection of Kosher for Passover products including milk, cheeses, baking & cooking ingredients, and basic snacks.

When and how do I check in?
Individual instructions will be provided closer to the check-in date. Check-in will be 4pm on your date of check-in.
What are the Davening times?
A schedule will be provided for the Davening times.
What are the Accepted forms of payment?
A 25% deposit is due upon booking to confirm the reservation of your Villa. The remainder can be divided over several payments.

Credit Card (A 3.0% processing fee applies)
Can I ship packages to my villa before I arrive?
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any shipped items to the villa.
Do you offer luggage delivery?
We will have recommendations. Please inquire.
What major airports are nearby?
MCO – Orlando International Airport and TPA – Tampa International Airport are between a 35 mins to 1-hour drive to ChampionsGate.
Do you have any recommendations for booking flights?
Yes, we do. Please inquire.
How far are you from Disney World and Universal Theme parks?
We are less than a 20-minute drive from the major theme parks.
